We got a response, and it appears to be a yes and no thing.

"On one hand, you do have to ask permission, because you are trying to use their content, but the other hand, you do not because it's the same wiki name with a different country."

OK. And may I add the German links in your articles? With Trap team it works not because their locking them so that only admins can edit it. :( Sry for the delay watch South Park on Comedy Central Germany. ;)
