Skylanders Issue 2 is the second part of the three-part story issue in the Skylanders comic book series by IDW Publishing. It is the sequel and continuation to Issue 1.
Summary

Major events
- Tessa successfully lands the Dread-Yacht at the Skylanders Academy when the Minis lost control of it.
- Cali and Tessa ventures out to search for Flynn and Chopper and saves the real Weeruptor, who reveals that the Weeruptor back at the Academy is an imposter.
- The group rescues Flynn and Chopper from a squadron of Troll Bombers with the help of Weeruptor and Wildfire.
