The Spell Punk Librarian is a minor villain in Skylanders: Ring of Heroes. They are the mastermind behind the Cyclopses stealing Ethers from the Ether Fortress, and uses them in their mysterious library to create Enchant Scrolls for an unknown purpose. Even while battling them, they can be seen frantically writing spells into their large book.

Trivia
- Because their eyes are round and yellow unlike most Spell Punks, they resemble Black Mages and Vivi from Final Fantasy IX even more so.
- They share the large claws and fog lower body with Spellslamzer, another large Spell Punk.
- When Knocked Down, the librarian deflates almost entirely, resembling the Spell Punks from the first two Skylanders console games.
