Master Eon

Template:Infobox Master Eon is a veteran Portal Master who is one of the main supporting characters in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure. He was the leader of the Skylanders before his duties were passed on to the player who is new Portal Master.

History

Eon started his life as a humble servent boy polishing pans in the kitchen of the Portal Master, Nattybumpo. When he was eight years old, it was realized that Eon was no ordinary boy when he accidentally activated Nattybumpo's portal and teleported him into the middle of the Dirt Seas.

It is revealed in the biographies of some of the Skylanders that Eon was the one who invited them to be the legendary champions of their world they are today after seeing their potential before their involvement in fighting the evil in Skylands.

Role

The greatest among the Portal Masters in Skylands was Master Eon himself. He and his Skylanders protected the Core of Light that kept the Darkness at bay for centuries. However, Eon soon became the last Portal Master and has grown weaker with age, eventually knowing that it was a matter of time before the Darkness would return.

Kaos soon returned from his exile in the Outlands, knowing that Eon is currently old and weak. The evil tyrant succeeded in destroying the Core of Light using his Hydra, banishing the Skylanders to Earth in the process. Eon survived the destruction of the Core but became a spirit, and couldn't fight the Darkness without his physical body. He helps the new Portal Master by guiding them in some points of their trials to save Skylands.

After Kaos is defeated, it was Master Eon who gave his assistant Hugo the honor of sending Kaos to Earth.
