Secret Techniques are tertiary button powers that Imaginators can learn from Senseis and defeating Kaos' Doomlanders, that vary in use and power. There are four secret techniques per Battle Class and to learn, three from Senseis and one from defeating one of the Doomlanders.

Brawler
- Dashing Uppercut - Learned from King Pen/Crash Bandicoot - Press the tertiary attack button to charge for enemies and uppercut them into the air.
Sentinel
- Clothesline: Press the tertiary attack button to clothesline your enemies.
- Top Spin: Press the tertiary attack button to bring enemies into range.
- Hypnotize - Learned from Ember - Press the tertiary attack button to mesmerize your enemies and slow them down.
