The Secret Scroll Library is a challenge area in Skylanders: Ring of Heroes. It is managed by a group of Spell Punk Librarians who control the Cyclops legion from behind the scenes.
In a heavily guarded unknown area, lies a library for the creation of Enchant Scrolls, that can only be accessed by stealing Feather Pens from Cyclopses in the Ether Fortress. However, the only way for the Skylanders to obtain the scrolls is to repeatedly face the one who hired the Cyclopses, the Spell Punk Librarian.
Every level of the Library requires higher grades of Feather Pens, but have better quality Enchant Scrolls.
