The Undead Realm, also known as Undead Island, is the Undead elemental island in the Second Dimension. It is an floating land mass filled with mist in its lower areas and steep cliffs in its higher points, and what appears to be a marsh hidden near the bottom. A lone lighthouse,a house with docks and a castle or crypt seem to be the only buildings, though deep in the mist a strange, gigantic serpentine creature lurks near a shipwreck.
Notably, this Realm is the only one with known residents, spirits, which assist the invaders by draining health from the weaker travelers. Wolfgang and his minions took over this island in Skylanders: Battlecast, setting up a concert where he plays mind-controlling music.

- Darkness Falls
- Conditions - Life Skylanders deal 10+ damage, Undead Skylanders get 30+ health.
- The conditions of this mission carry over for all others in this realm.
- Chill of the Night
- Conditions - At the start of enemy turn, the active enemy drains 10 health from your weakest ally.
- Count on Me - Count Moneybone Boss
- Conditions - Moneybone's armor has one weakness; the battery!
- In-battle conditions - Moneybone draws strength from the relic.
- Creepy Crawlers
- Conditions - At the start of the turn, a random character loses 10 health.
- Spooked
- Conditions - At the start of the enemy turn, the active enemy drains 30 health from your weakest character.
- Bad to the Bone - Count Moneybone Boss Rematch
- Conditions - Moneybone's armor has one weakness; the battery!
- In-battle conditions - Moneybone draws strength from the relic.
- Monster Mayhem
- Conditions - At the start of the turn, a random character loses 30 health.
- The Darkest Hour - Wolfgang Boss
- Conditions - Wolfgang will prey on your weakest ally. Prevent him from playing his song!
