Arthur is a character in Skylanders: Trap Team. He is a Mabu who is encountered in Telescope Towers. He gives the Villain Quest called "Hypnosis Schnipnosis" where he needs Masker Mind to hypnotize one of the Mabu scientists, Stanley.
