Soul Gems are glowing gem-like treasures that unlock a special upgrade for a specific Skylander. They are found in all chapters of the console versions of Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure and in Skylanders: Giants
After a gem has been found, the corresponding upgrade can be bought from Persephone.
It should be noted that you can only find Adventure pack only Skylanders soul gem in their respective level they come with (example: Sunburn's soul gem can only be found in the adventure pack level he comes with: the Dragon's Peak).
