Baxter is one of the NPC characters in Skylanders: Lost Islands. He unlocks the Inventory Island in the game.
Years ago, Baxter lived alone among piles of lost items that he had found, saved, and treasured. Over time, he began to become a bit skittish of visitors, always afraid they might steal something. He loves storing all kings of things and organizing them in his own way.
As he's wary of sneaks and thieves, Baxter uses his trusty barrrel to hide from strangers and keep a vigilant watch over anyone who comes near.
