Trinkets are items used to customize the Skylander (or Villain) like hats. They were first introduced in Skylanders: Trap Team. You can find trinkets across the Skylanders Academy or purchase them from Auric.
Trivia
- There is a trinket named "Spyro's Shield".
- For some reason, in Skylanders: SuperChargers, the trinkets don't make an appearance.
