Trinkets are items used to customize the Skylander (or Villain) like hats. They were first introduced in Skylanders: Trap Team. You can find trinkets across the Skylanders Academy or purchase them from Auric.
Trivia
- There are many trinkets inspired by Skylanders, such as "Spyro's Shield" or "Stealth Elf's Gift", which have their faces on them.
- In Skylanders: SuperChargers and foward, trinkets no longer are used.
