Arthur is a character in Skylanders: Trap Team. He is a Mabu who is encountered in Telescope Towers. He gives Masker Mind's Villain Quest called "Hypnosis Schnipnosis" where he needs to hypnotize his Mabu scientist friend Stanley to win a bet.
