Calliope is a sprite who appeared in Skylanders Issue 4 under the story Sprite Fight.
Calliope was being attacked by a sea creature until Spyro came and rescued her after hearing the sprite's call for help. Unknown to Spyro, she stole an essence from him while thanking the dragon for rescuing her.
