The Clunker is a land vehicle which the Skylanders can use during the Racelandia racing event in Skylanders: SuperChargers Racing. It is given to you by Pandergast as an option to SuperCharger land vehicles.
Clunkers are also used by certain CPU racers. During the Malevolent Tour, as well as the Battle Chase in Chompy Mountain, they are piloted by Evilized Greebles, while in Skylanders: SuperChargers, they are piloted by Mabu.
