Ultimate Equalizers[1] are stronger Iron Equalizers. 4 large Iron Equalizers have to be taken out in the Sky Vehicle Section of the Sky Eater so that the landing area was safe to land on. Smaller Ultimate Equalizers are encountered in the Land Vehicle Section of the Sky Eater. These appear shifting Platforms on the road, at the side from the road or in the vehicle combat areas.
