Bugle Players are are instrument playing creatures in the The Golden Arcade. They play music during Sal's concert at the Golden Arcade. They only appear in the cutscene in the Golden Arcade, and four are seen playing bugles while one is playing an piano.

- The only one of the 5 Bugle Players wearing the hat is the piano playing one.
