Crucible of the Ages
The Crucible of the Ages is a component of the Core of Light featured in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure. It is used to harness the intense heat and power of the Eternal Fire Source.
Story
Following the destruction of the Core of Light, the Crucible was discovered during a Molekin expedition supervised by Blobbers in the mines. However, a massive cave-in occurred, trapping the Molekin miners. The Skylanders ventured into the mines to rescue them, while Diggs located the Crucible and held onto it as he was pushed in a minecart due to an injured leg.
Once the Crucible is returned to the Ruins, it is connected to the unfinished Core of Light, being placed directly in the center of the machine. Once the Eternal Fire Source is retrieved, the Crucible releases flames from its top.
