Well both are voiced by Tara Strong (as already told in the Trivia before you added that, pointless information, no offense); who also voices Timmy Turner from FairlyOdd Parents, Bubbles from the Powerpuff Girls, and the 10-year-old Ben Tennyson from the orginal series. Yes, we're gonna need to fix the max. health. As established before, all the max health for each character is inaccurate, because it only shows their health at Level 10. In Giants, keep in mind that everyone's health cap has increased since they can now reach level 15, even Trigger Happy has around 500 health now (not sure exactly how much though).
