Skylands is a world in an unknown region of space where the Skylanders such as Spyro, who serve as Skylands' greatest protectors, live on. One day Kaos destroyed the temple of light which froze the Skylanders and turned them into toys, now the only way they can get back is by using the The Portal of Power.
Skylands is a wondrous world filled with magic and mystery, both light and dark. Magic flows through everything in Skylands, from every rock, tree, and beast.
The Portal Masters and the Skylanders protected Skylands and its magical Core of Light for generations using their magical powers and weaponry, until an evil tyrant named Kaos arrived, destroyed the Core of Light, and banished the Skylanders to Earth.
