Frilly is a tree creature who appeared in Skylanders: Lost Islands. Her presence in the game allows access to the decorations.
After clearing some trees, swamps, and boulders, the sun finally hit the seed plot where Frilly slept. She emerged from the ground among the scrubs and the brambles determined on making the world beautiful. Frilly unlocks the ability to place decorations in Skylands.

- Frilly bears a resemblance to Arbo, as they are both Tree Folk.
