ive seen on a video on youtube Arbo standing on a skylander pedestal. he might've been an early design of Stump Smash, seeing how they're both trees. then Stump Smash might've came, but the delvelopers put his original design as an NPC instead. i dunno if thats what happened, but thats my thoughts on what happened.
