I just recently got it - and it was one of the best buys I ever made. Ghost Roaster is my most powerful character, I use the Healing Elixir whenever I am mortally wounded, and, if I am in a tough situation, I will use the epic 'deal 999 damage' with the crypt itself. I don't necessarily use the Time Twister all that often.
