Far-Viewer
Function: Locate the Eternal Sources
World: Ruins
Appearance(s): Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure

The Far Viewer is a large magic telescope in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure that is found in the Ruins. It is used by Hugo to help locate the Eternal Sources across Skylands.

Story

After rescuing Cali at Perilous Pastures, Hugo asks the Skylander for assistance in clearing the overgrown bramble around the Far Viewer. Once the bramble is cleared, the Far Viewer is activated and launches away some sheep, much to the joy of Hugo. Cali assists Hugo in searching for any Eternal Sources, where they eventually locate the Eternal Air Source at Stormy Stronghold.

After the Skylander returns from Oilspill Island, Hugo informs them that the Far Viewer won't turn past a certain point due to how rusty it is. The Skylander takes an Oil Can from Gurglefin's newly-built Oil Donkey in order to grease the Far Viewer and let it turn left, which allows Hugo to find the Twin Spouts of Ocea Major-Minor at Dark Water Cove.
