The Skylanders Micro Comics are a series of comic books by IDW Publishing. Several of these are alternate releases of issues from the main series of comics, while others are standalone releases focusing on only one or two Skylanders. Their main method of distribution is through Micro Comic Fun Packs.

Skylanders: Trap Team

Micro Comic Fun Packs

These packs include a comic from The Kaos Trap arc with an alternate cover, a standee of the Skylander on the front cover, and a Villain poster. They were exclusive to Gamestop in North America.

Legendary Micro Comic Fun Packs

These packs include a comic from the Champions arc with an alternate cover, a standee of the Skylander on the cover, a poster of the cover art featured on one of the previous three micro comics, as well as a Legendary Trap. They were exclusive to Toys'R'Us in North America.

Skylanders: SuperChargers

Micro Comic Collector Packs

These packs were available as blind bags, featuring a random standalone micro comic, a random sticker of a SuperCharger, a random poster of a SuperCharged Vehicle, and a random Battlecast card. They were exclusive to Toys'R'Us in North America.

These packs include a comic, a poster, and a Legendary Creation Crystal. They are exclusive to Toys'R'Us in North America.

  • The posters included with the Legendary Trap Team comics mainly feature a Skylander who has something in common with the Legendary Skylander on the cover of the pack.
    • Stealth Elf and Legendary Déjà Vu are both female humanoids.
    • Spyro and Legendary Blades are both male dragons.
    • Trigger Happy and Legendary Jawbreaker are both of the Tech element.
  • The micro comics released for SuperChargers and Imaginators were later re-released across three issues of Spyro & Friends. Each issue containing two full stories and one third of Mirror, Mirror.
