They can be extremely deadly if they land a hit on your Skylander with their anchors, as they do a lot of damage, and they can attack again almost immediately after successfully hitting you.
 
One notable Squidface Brute, known as [[Squidbeard]], is a boss featured in the  3DS version of ''[[Skylanders: Giants]]''. He assisted [[Dreadbeard]] in his conquest to plunder [[Skylands]].

Squidface Brutes are squid-like pirate enemies that attack the Skylanders by slamming their large anchors. They appear only in Dark Water Cove and Leviathan Lagoon in the console versions of Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure. They can be extremely deadly if they land a hit on your Skylander with their anchors, as they do a lot of damage, and they can attack again almost immediately after successfully hitting you.
