*You'd think that, but in all six games, only a few Heroic Challenges even have people at the risk of being eaten, and iirc only Gill Grunt's specifically mentions Mabu being prepared for cooking. Every other occasion of Mabu being harassed is because villains being evil, or they're guarding an important thing, or they were the easiest thing to intimidate. In contrast, a lot of people pointed out that Academy's second season has an odd amount of attention given to villains eating Mabu specifically.
