I REMEMBER!

I don't know why I thought of this now, but I remember I made that comment on that Skylanders: Beasts blog post as a reply to yours, about that game company that stole my idea. Well, I remember what it was now! A few years ago and I sent a message to the Pokemon company telling them my idea for a movie, which they replied, and I basically quote, "We are sorry Ashachu0503, but we cannot accept fan ideas." 2 months later, they release a trailer for the new movie (Keldeo and the Swords of Justice). Bash and Buddy have the same personality

Buddy T-rex wishes he could fly like his Pteranodon Family while Bash wants to fly like the other dragons but him and buddy can't fly.

I just put a new pic for scorp and spore videos deleted it and light and dark are all ready  announced because skylander boy and girl have a video about them opening a dark and light gate

Species Description response

If you are talking about Crusher and Rubble Rouser, they don't look like they were made from different rocks like Gigantus was. What official source says that they are rock golems anyway? --Rtkat3 (talk) 02:50, January 18, 2015 (UTC)

Crusher's species is specifically mentioned in his history. A simple look through the article would provide you with that. For a major site change like that, you should really be asking Aura24, she's our head admin. I don't see any point in adding one myself. There's already a forum to talk about Skylanders (darkspyro.net) and any discussion about articles can just be done in the talk pages.

(Sidenote: I'm not active on the Gravity Falls wiki at all-I only came on once in a discussion about whether or not theories should have been included in an article and haven't been on since. So messaging me there doesn't get my attention any faster)

Undoing my Revisions

You deleted the category I created that was called Wildlife Villians, and said you did because most characters in the series are base off animals, and it is not needed, yet there is is category called Wildlife enemies, and you are fine with that, why is that? You used "wildlife" to mean "a character based on a plant or animal", while the wildlife enemies category is using it to mean "enemies that are feral in nature". They act more on instinct than malice-the way animals might behave in the wild. Villains by their very nature are planning attacks out-they don't fit the "wild" part of wildlife. I must apologize-I realize some of the villains you listed had their common counterparts in the Wildlife Enemies category. Does adding those villains (Slobber Trap, Buzzer Beak, and Sheep Creep) to the Wildlife Enemies category sound like an appropriate compromise? Ok, for your first comment the category only says that it is for enemies that resemble creatures from nature that are hostile towards, and considered enemies of the Skylanders. The category description does not say anything about the category's contenders having to act more on instinct than malice. So I think you either just made that up, or it is what it is supposed to be, but since no where says it there is no way users wanting to help the wiki out by chipping in, and sharing their knowledge would be able to know. So you should actually write that down in the category's description if it is the right way. Ok, for your second comment I guess it would be alright, but the category is only for enemies not Villians too. So if you are fine with that I would not care, but just keep in mind that unless someone were to change the name of the category it wouldn't really be a fit.EH28 (talk) 01:04, January 13, 2017 (UTC)

It should be clarified, I'll try to reword it.

I saw that you were going to add those in. Their behavior is far from wild-pirates such as Blubberbeard, for example, are in an organized group.

Acting animalistic doesn't just mean "attacks the Skylanders", it means acting aggressively without much thought or planning-creatures that are really found in civilization. Not all enemies fit into that category. And the enemies that are already in the Wildlife category don't all look like animals, like Rope-a-Dopes and Tussle Sproutes. I know that, I only added Bluberbeard in because he resembled an animal, and wildlife enemies said that the contenders of that category have to resemble some wildlife(it used to say that until you changed it). And for Rope-a-Dopes and Tussle Sprouts, they resemble plants, plants are a species in nature, and wildlife, like the original description for the category. For the behavioral thing, I didn't know that their behavior is what makes members of the category because the category's description only said appearance is what contenders of the category should have. Also I think the category description should be changed to wildlife appearance and behavior, because if it just behavior almost every, if not every, enemy could be a member to that category. No, the originally description was animal-like, not just resembling wildlife in general. (And if that's not enough for you, Rock Walkers certainly don't resemble anything living)

New Template for Skylander Quests?

Hello! I'm a new contributor to this wiki, and I'm an avid fan of the Skylanders series. While I definitely don't have all of the games and Skylanders, I do know quite a lot about the series, so I thought I'd use my growing knowledge to help out. I've noticed that you don't have a template/section in the Skylanders pages for Quests (the ones in Giants and Swap Force). With your permission, or the permission of another admin or higher-up member, could we make something to easily put each Skylander's Quests into their pages? (Maybe some tips as well? I'm stuck on Flameslinger's personal Quest, "Circular Combustion", and I'm stumped!) I don't know how to make templates and I'm still a beginner at this style of code/format, but all I'm asking for at the moment is your permission. • Sorry for butting in. We do have a Quests page. It was added on its own before I joined the wiki,but I believe they're not part of the main article because they repeat themselves except for the signature quest, and it's across two games - making it pretty big for characters from SSA/Giants. I'd talk to Nightmoon or Aura just to make sure, though I do support a neat template for the characters since the article doesn't have any of their quests. Excellent! If it were up to me, I would know how to program such a thing in the code I'm familiar with, but sadly, this is new terrain for me. I don't code websites, I make small games! There would be separate viewable sections for both the Giants and Swap Force Quests, which could be toggleable to view the Quests of one game at a time. For each, the basic Quests would be listed with no additional parameters (because all Skylanders have them). Then, there would be a parameter for the Element of the Skylander, which would display the Quests available for the Skylanders of that Element. Finally, there would be four more parameters: The name of the signature quest in Giants, its description, the name of the signature quest in Swap Force, and its description. I think that's all there would be to it, but I'm not sure how to code it. If you'd like, I can take my time and try to learn more and code it myself, or I could let someone who knows what they're doing make it and I could fill in the information on each page.
