Batterson's Pies are a food item unlocked after completing the Darklight Crypt level of Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure. In the Wii version, they are randomly placed all throughout Skylands and replenish a good amount of health. In the Xbox360 version, Batterson tells you that there are now pies scattered around Skylands.
Ghosts also enjoy Batterson's Pies and had stopped tormenting the living.
