Catchphrases are a Skylander's signature battle cry when they are summoned through the Portal of Power. Ever Skylander has a catchphrase, with the exception of the Guest Stars.


The Skylanders from Spyro's Adventure and Giants and the cores from Swap Force only say their name in the Magic Moment in the 3DS versions. The Skylanders say it again when being summoned in. All Skylanders from Swap Force and Trap Team have an secondary quote when being summoned than the one in the magic moment.

  • In Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure, the talking Core Skylanders say a variety of battle cries besides their catchphrase. From Giants and beyond, they, along with the gimmick Skylanders, began saying their catchphrases full-time when placed on the Portal.
