Bowers is a character from Skylanders Giants. He is a pirate found at the beginning of Cutthroat Carnival. When Flynn, Cali, and the Skylander come to Cutthroat Carnival for help repairing their ship, Bowers tells them the pirates will only repair the ship if the Skylander pays them in Pirate Chips which can be earned by playing a few rounds of Skystones. | Bowers is a character from Skylanders Giants.
