Bowers is a Seadog Pirate found at Cutthroat Carnival. When Flynn, Cali, and the Skylanders arrive seeking help to repair the The Dread-Yacht, Bowers informs them that the pirates will only fix the ship if the Skylander pays in Pirate Chips, which can be earned by winning rounds of Skystones. After the Skylander earns enough Pirate Chips, the pirates repair the Dread-Yacht. However, Bowers soon recognizes Captain Flynn as someone who once borrowed five gold pieces from him and never paid them back. Before Bowers can catch him, Flynn, Cali, and the Skylanders make a quick escape.

Trivia

  • In the alpha version of Giants, Bowers was replaced by a seadog pirate named Sylvester, who was cut from the final game.[1]
