Snuckles is one of the recurring Mabu characters that debuted in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure, and also the first Mabu inhabitant encountered in the Skylanders franchise.
Personality
Although not very brave (and certainly not a fighter), Snuckles does seem to want to try his hardest to help.
Story
Spyro versus The Mega Monsters
Snuckles went to the Stinky Swamp in search of his missing friend, Nort. When a pack of Chompies attacked the Mabu, Spyro and Stealth Elf came to his rescue, but they are soon attacked and overcomed by a mega-sized titchy toad. As all seemed lost, Snuckles was rescued by Kaos, who claimed to be renouncing his evil ways by defeating evil doers and reunited Snuckles with Nort, who the evil Portal Master had saved. Kaos then teleported Nort and Snuckles back home.
Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure
On Shattered Island, Snuckles was seen ringing an alarm bell as his village was being ravaged by a tornado. He was surprised to see the returning Skylander and informed them that part of the village was being cut off by debris. After the Skylanders blasted the roadblock with a cannon, Snuckles evacuated from the island along with the rest of the Mabu villagers.
Snuckles appeared later in Troll Warehouse as a secret agent in the Mabu Defense Force under the command of General Robot, following the Skylanders through the warehouse to help them regain the Golden Gear. Afterwards, in Goo Factory and Battlefield, he was a ground soldier who assisted in the claiming of the Green Goo of Primordia and the Eternal Tech Source.
Skylanders: Trap Team
Snuckles reappeared in Skylanders: Trap Team when Buzz needed the Mabu Defense Force to help the Skylanders navigate through Chompy Mountain. Although still cowardly, Snuckles assists the Skylanders during their battle against the Evilikin and the Trolls.

Trivia
- Snuckles acts in contrast with most video game NPCs, who are often very passive and meek, leaving all the work for the player. Snuckles still does that, but is quick to point it out and eventually assists the Skylander in Trap Team.
- In an early alpha of Skylanders: Giants, an ancient counterpart to Snuckles was planned for the Time of the Giants Broken Button area and outside the Air Elemental Gate. However, in the final version of the game, Rizzopolus replaced him in these locations.
- Despite this, Rizzopolus' voice still changes outside the Air Elemental Gate to Snuckles' voice actor.
