- “Oh yes! One more thing! And this one is VERY important! Once you get past the gate--OUCH!”
- – Diggs
Diggs is a Molekin ally first appearing in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure. He has very poor vision while in the outdoors like other Molekin. Diggs had also accompanied the Skylanders on many of their adventures, and provided assistance in searching for multiple components of the Core of Light, including the Eternal Sources of Earth and Fire.[1]
Story
Spyro versus The Mega Monsters
The Skylanders, Spyro, Drill Sergeant, and Jet-Vac answered Diggs's distress call in the Desert of Columns when the Molekin was attacked by a large, Troll monster while helping with an archaeological dig of the area. When Kaos arrived and 'dealt' with the Troll, Diggs was dismayed that he didn't get the chance to thank Kaos when the Portal Master left.
Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure
Diggs first appeared behind a rocky wall in the Ruins that the Skylanders blew up, having escaped from the Cyclopses in Crystal Eye Castle. When guiding the Skylander to Crystal Eye Castle, they ended up guiding him instead.
At Crystal Eye Castle, Diggs told the Skylanders of the Crystal Eye within the Cyclopses' stronghold. Before he could tell the Skylanders important information on getting through the castle, Diggs was sent flying by rolling barrels released by Timidclopses. He later appeared at the end of the level and helped the Skylander get the Crystal Eye back to the Ruins. Diggs then guided the Skylander to the edge of Stonetown so they could begin their search for the Eternal Earth Source.
Later, Diggs drives the train that allows the Skylanders to venture through the Molekin Mine and the Lava Lakes. At Molekin Mine, it was Diggs who located the Crucible of the Ages, but had supposedly injured his leg and needed to be pushed to the mine's exit in a minecart. At the Lava Lakes, he repaired train tracks that were sabotaged by Glumshanks. He appeared later at the party at the end of the game.
Skylanders: Trap Team
Diggs made minor appearances throughout the game as the one who offers Villain Quests to Grinnade in Skyhighlands in a quest called "Miner Troubles II," where he needs Grinnade to blow up some purple ore, and to Blaster-Tron in the Golden Desert in a quest called "Help Diggs Dig," where he needs Blaster-Tron to pull hidden treasure from the sands.
