Bandit is a pirate found in Cutthroat Carnival who challenges you to a game of Skystones.

"Ye won! Well, I suppose I should be givin' ye me real best Skystone!" - when you beat Bandit at Skystones

In Pirate Seas Bandit uses a design that later becomes associated with Fangs in Cutthroat Carnival.
