You will find that I've done extensive research on the matter, to the point where I've fired hundreds auto blaster shots with Drill Sergeant just to figure out how much critical hit chance a point of Critical Hit gives. I've compared the stats ingame, calculated stuff like maximum stats and whatnot. The power stats simply aren't used in the game, no matter how much you'd want it to be so. Power Stats
It seems you're a bit confused about the stats of Skylanders. I can understand why, but I'd like to help you by pointing you at the correct information.
If you really want to learn how the game works, you can read it for yourself here.
