Since you and Clok-Roo were mentioning you couldn't remember names and effects, I remembered that Lamoracke from DS has four dropbox folders with (nearly) every card in the game, even enemy cards. I've been using it to make the pictures for the wiki, but since it takes a lot of cropping and resizing and Photoshop doesn't like to cooperate a whole lot, I hardly ever have the time for it.
