Gecko Chorus
Species: Geckos
Role: Ally
World: Skylands
Attacks: Unknown
Appears in: *Skylanders: Giants

The Gecko Chorus are a group of geckos who constantly sing to their Capybara King, appearing only in the Heroic Challenge, S.A.B.R.I.N.A., in Skylanders: Giants. They reappeared in Skylanders: Trap Team in Pain-Yatta's villain quest.

Lyrics

The lyrics sung by the Gecko Chorus are a filtered voice pitched up by 12 octaves. Pitching down the song reveals the actual lyrics sung in English, which were performed and written by a Make-a-Wish named Sabrina. An employee of Toys for Bob, the developer of Skylanders: Giants, provided English lyrics to the song:

Capybara, Capybara, Capybara, Capybara, about the size of a dog
Capybara, Capybara, Capybara, Capybara, loves water just as much as a frog
Capybara, Capybara, Capybara, Capybara, your head looks like a log
Capybara, Capybara, Capybara, Capybara, when he exits the water he always gets too sogg-y!
[1]

However, the actual lyrics to the song are as follows:

Capybara, Capybara, Capybara, Capybara, around the size of a dog
Capybara, Capybara, Capybara, Capybara, loves water just as much as a frog
Capybara, Capybara, Capybara, Capybara, his head looks like a log
Capybara, Capybara, Capybara, Capybara, loves water just as much as a frog

The 2nd line was duplicated to the 4th line, which as a result goes unused and unheard. However, the original pitch and 4th line are present within the alpha versions of the game, revealing the 4th line to go as so:

Capybara, Capybara (Capybara, Capybara), when he exits the water, he always gets too sogg-y!
