The Bobbin Rood is one of the Nightmare Villains in the Nintendo 3DS version of Skylanders: Trap Team.

- His name is a play on 'Robin Hood', the heroic outlaw in English lore.
- His appearance is quite similar to that of Flameslinger and Stealth Elf, since he wields a fiery archery set and wears a mask that covers his nose and lips.
- He is the third playable character with a bow, the first being Flameslinger, and the second being Snap Shot (discounting his alter egos).
- Runys Pointyboots, Bobbin Rood, and Olaf Crushersson were planned to appear in Skylanders: Ring of Heroes before its closure.
