Burst Pods[1] are hazardous spiky plants found in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure and Giants. They appear in Stormy Stronghold and Molekin Mountain, where they serve as environmental traps that can injure Skylanders.
Burst Pods are orange-yellow, round plants that inflate when a Skylander gets close. After a short delay, they pop with a small explosion, dealing damage to anything nearby. Unlike Bounce Pods, which merely push characters back, Burst Pods pose a direct threat and must be avoided or triggered from a safe distance.
They are frequently grouped near Bounce Pods, creating layered hazards that combine knockback with potential damage.
