The Legendary Hand of Fate is the Legendary counterpart of the Hand of Fate Magic Item. It comes with the alternate Legendary bundle of the Nightmare Express, along with Legendary Blades and the Piggy Bank.
It does not provide any more power than the original Hand of Fate; it is only a color change.
