Ruggles is a Mabu companion in Skylanders: Lost Islands. He is a young Mabu who was born under a rare phase of the moon and is gifted with a special connection to the elements. He is unlocked upon reaching Kingdom Level 9. When unlocked, you can add up to three Skylanders of the same element to Elemental Sanctuaries at the same time.
