Is Bouncer an Arkeyan?
I really wonder this since his prototype was literally an arkeyan, he played an arkeyan sport, he's a robot with arkeyan colors and patterns, and he even served as a security guard for them. Is there anything or anywhere that confirms he ISN'T one? (unless you count the home town part of his backstory but that doesn't say much since there had to be smaller cities before/during the city of Arkus was being made). Maybe his kin is some sort of "subspecies" or distant relative? (well.. for robots)
