How does Legendary power up work? Is it like Super saiyan or something?
It's not so much a power up so much as a different character, as the original Skylanders cannot become their legendary counterparts. According to their story, they are statues of these Skylanders brought to life.

It was sold at Toys"R"Us and Bart Smit in the Netherlands for a limited time.
