You're mixing up two different things here.
As for the console stats (which are different from the power stats), they are higher for Legendaries compared to the Normal versions. However, the difference is so small that it will not matter when you play the game.
As for the Power Stats, they also happen to be higher for Legendaries. But since they're not used in any of the games, it will not matter if they're twice as high, ten times as high, or 100 times as high. Because the actual game uses DIFFERENT stats.

You will find that I'vedone extensive research on the matter, to the point where I've fired hundreds auto blaster shots with Drill Sergeant just to figure out how much critical hit chance a point of Critical Hit gives. Once you've done that much indepth research, you can call me a liar. Otherwise, I'd request you stop spreading false information.
