Talk:Stealth Elf

From Skylanders Wiki

Stealth Elf is badass as hell >:D

and why do her eyes glow in the dark i dont get it probably bcuz she can turn invisible and while shes invisible you can only see her eyes

Glowing eyes?

Hex is an elf and her eyes glow in the dark(not in toy form)However, because of Flameslinger's "reluctance" to reveal his eyes, possibly only she-elves'(<--- She-elves-female elves)eyes glow. There are different "species" of elves (WTF?!)I have a book on magical creatures. But I agree,Stealth Elf is very Badass, especially fully upgraded on Blade path.

L-Stealth Elf

Is it possible for anyone to enlarge the artwork for L-Stealth Elf without greatly worsening the quality? It's kinda small compared to the other 2 artworks (Series 1 and 2). ThundertheDragon13 (talk) 07:17, February 17, 2013 (UTC)

So far the picture's the only clear image of L-Stealth Elf posted on the web. When a large version of the picture is available, anyone can upload that version of the file and replace the old one. -- Aura24 (talk) 07:19, February 17, 2013 (UTC)

I was looking at Stealth Elf's prototype and I am extremely uncomfortable. TigerTheDragon12 (talk) 00:41, May 13, 2013 (UTC)

Something that should be in.= d

In Giants it shows the Scarecrow Decoy picture in the upgrades instead of the Knife Blender Wow Pow. Can someone add this please? Hasn't this been talked about before, anyway.

Liking

Ok, NOW I've cracked. Moving past Cynder to bigger problems, I want to ask once and for all WHY DOES EVERYONE LIKE HER and always has her on their 'favourites' list? MIne isn't fully upgraded but I have chosen a path for her. She seems like a pipsqueak with only one attack ACTUALLY DAMAGING enemies, has  a shitty Wow Pow and her Stealthier Decoy is CONFUSING AS HELL!. She is not great, or even deadly. The only good thing I've got out of her is mine's a Legendary! :[

Be Real. Be a Nerfer. Be a Ninja. BOOM! (talk) 06:30, September 6, 2013 (UTC)

Stealth Elf is a difficult skylander to get used to, but once youve figured out all of her attacks and how to use them all effectively she can be EXTREMELY powerful, here's why:

1. On her forest ninja path, when you activate her stealth mode, be sure to position her so that her decoy runs straight towad the enemie/s, meanwhile, sneak up behind them with her two glowing eyes and then strike! this will add in an extra bit of damage to couple with the sawblades which alone will inflict, ENORMOUS amounts of damage to the enemies, which are now trapped inside a ring of DEATH - that will eventually explode.

2. On her pook blade saint path, although mashing your primary attack PUMMELS though enemies, most people dont realise this but, she is the only skylander that can do 2 COMBOS AT ONCE! When your in the midst of mashing A, hold down a button for one of her combos (preferably blade flurry) and then hold down A to unleash knife blender IMMEDIATELY after she has done her combo, also after performing her basic combo, hold down another combo button and then hold A again to perform THREE COMBOS IN A ROW!. This path also turns her arboreal acrobatics into an attack as well.

Wow, she is harder to master than Trigger Happy and DOUBLE tROUBLE!  Be Real. Be a Nerfer. Be a Ninja. BOOM! (talk) 15:06, September 6, 2013 (UTC)

I don't see what's so hard about Trigger Happy. Just use his gold-throwing path and spam at everything. I guarantee it's perfect for all situations and works better than his golden gun path. --Archrith (talk) 00:07, September 15, 2013 (UTC)

So you agree with me then? - Success Is My Middle NamePop-Success-Fizz (talk) 00:00, September 7, 2013 (UTC)

Trigger happy has the lowest health. I've got him on the gun path and he exceeds the all-time firelighter, Hot Head. TH was poor at first though.

I chose the Gun path since all his upgrades there are pretty good. WEhile the giant coin is super the others in his throwing path are RUBBISH!!!!!!!! SO AM I! (talk) 06:53, September 15, 2013 (UTC)

Have you tried his throwing path out yet? His Golden Yamato Blast is far too inconvenient for standard battle. By comparison, his coins may actually do more damage over time than Ignitor swinging his sword.  I have tried out his gun path, and I can confirm that I did much better this way. --Archrith (talk) 17:39, September 15, 2013 (UTC)
Yes. But for the Ignitor thing I think you are wrong. Are you on the Blademaster path? If so, STICK TO IT!. It makes him the bestnon giant. Be Real. Be a Nerfer. Be a Ninja. BOOM! (talk) 19:35, September 17, 2013 (UTC)

Locked.

"...but sometimes Stealth Elf is known to have a sense of a rampaging Cyclops Mammoth."

New quote from Swap Force:

She has always said that since giants

With the incoming Skylanders game there are some images of the new Skylanders, including Stealth Elf with a newer outfit. Is she from the 4° serie?

Like in the 2 previous games (Skylanders - Spyro's Adventure for 3DS and Skylanders - Swap Force), even this time she comes in a starter pack.

Plus, like in 2 previous games (Spyro's Adventure for 3DS and Swap Force), Stealth Elf comes again in a starter pack.

The reposed Skylanders in Skylanders: SuperChargers are not Series versions. So they are not Series 4 Skylanders. Whirly Volcano (talk) 15:43, June 4, 2015 (UTC)

Unprotect

Now that the returning SuperChargers have their own pages, I kinda see no further reason to keep these protected.

Walking Animation/Height Trivia

Because I don't have the right to edit this page - sadly... - could someone add this to the Trivia section for me?

  • Up until Trap Team, Stealth Elf's walking animation was her sneaking around on her toes. In SuperChargers, this was changed to a more casual walk whilst standing at her full height.
    • This is one of 2 times in the games where Stealth Elf is shown at her full height. The other is during her idle animation in Trap Team.

Thanks to anyone who does!

The Primordial Clok-Roo (talk) 10:38, August 14, 2016 (UTC)

  • Does this apply to regular Stealth Elf or the SuperCharger version? Seems normal if it's the latter. HauntedLorene (talk) 11:46, August 14, 2016 (UTC)

Oh, sorry! I forgot to be clear about that!

It applies to normal Stealth Elf, not her Superchrager variant.

Stealth Elf's Battlecast Cards

One detail, little thing...

Is someone going to add her Battlecast card descriptions at some point?

If you need a refresher on them (just in case, which I doubt) here they are:

Ninja Strike

  • Stealth Elf attacks an enemy.

Tricksters Trap

  • Swap in an enemy. Snare them.

Nightshade Oil

  • Until the end of your next turn, give Stealth Elf +20 power annd whenever she attacks an enemey, mute it.

Cull the Weak

  • Stealth Elf attacks the least healthy enemy. If the attack KO's that enemey, give Stealth Elf +1 rank.

Scorncrow [Gear]

  • While owner is active, give the active enemy -20 power.

Enchanted Blades

  • Give Stealth Elf +20 power until the end of your next turn.

Ninja Scroll (to be officially revealed) [Relic]

  • When an ally attacks, give it +10 power.

Sorry if I came across as rude; it's just nagging me that her cards haven't been done yet, that's all.

I'm the Primordial Clok-Roo, signing out!

Hmm... Well, it works, but it looks like it will need improvements.

I may need someone to explain to me how the "True/False" variable works. It just bugs the whole thing up when I try it.

Oh, and could someone explain why the link to Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure isn't working?

The Primordial Clok-Roo (talk) 07:41, September 23, 2016 (UTC)

The SSA link is working. -- Aura24 (talk) 08:50, September 23, 2016 (UTC)
He meant in the template, where it's Skylanders: Spyro’s Adventure. The reason this doesn't work is that it uses ’ (unicode 2019, right single quotation mark) instead of ' (unicode 0027, apostrophe). - Princess Nightmoon (talk) 09:43, September 23, 2016 (UTC)
Thanks for clearing that up for me, Princess. I was about to point out what I meant as well. I know you've been hard at work with the Tab box templates and making them work with "True/False" statements; think you could do the same thing for mine so that we can set which games the Skylander has compatible stats with? It would help me out a lot - I can't seem to work out how it's done.
You have my consent (and trust) to tinker with Template:Statsbox2_test.
The Primordial Clok-Roo (talk) 14:29, September 23, 2016 (UTC)

I've just run the final testing for my improved statsbox by showing off all of the different stats for each series of Stealth Elf - using the method we currently use (it'd be confusing and EXTREMELY convoluted to give each series its own variable with their own mini-variables in the one piece of coding template). Never-minding that we now have a 'tab box within a tab box within a tab box,' it seems to work well. With this, we can show off all of the Skylander's stats across all of the featured games for each series.

I'll set about giving the new statsbox it's own page now title Template:Statsboxfull - the test template at Temaplte:Statsbox2_test can be removed now. We'll keep the original statsbox for the purpose of simple information. We should use it as a stand in until we gain complete data on a single Skylander's stats for every compatible game.

Imaginator Update (Spoiler)

Here's something I prepared to update Stealth Ef's page on Skylanders: Imaginators in regards to story and relationships. No links yet, and obviously a spoiler warning is needed at this point in time! And yes, it is unfinished at this point. I haven't beaten the game yet. It's what they call "a start."

WARNING: This section contains spoilers below! (Skip section)

Skylanders: Imaginators

Stealth Elf appears in Skylanders: Imaginators as an NPC character. She is first seen at the start of the game, having a race with Spyro. The fun is interrupted when a Doomlander shows up and storms the library. Despite her best efforts, Stealth Elf cannot defeat the Doomlander who makes off with a book on Imaginite when the Sensei’s show up.

Later, Stealth Elf accompanies Spyro and the Skylander to the Mushroom River and explains that the rivers are filled with toxins that are deadly to the touch. She isn’t seen until the end of the level, where she questions Eruptor about drinking the water.

Stealth Elf then accompanies Spyro and the Skylander to Scholarville and helps them reach the castle where Kaos is searching for the Great Thinking Cap.

Stealth Elf is later shown spying on Kaos in his lair, listening in on a conversation he is having with the Brain Ancient. She then heads back to the M.A.P. to report that Kaos is looking for something in the Golden Arcade. Despite the Skylanders work in getting through the casino, Kaos and the Brain Ancient manage to brainwash everyone – including Stealth Elf – to be their slaves. She is quickly released from the spell after Spyro uses Dragon Magic to break the hold over everyone.

Spoilers end here.

 Relationships

Spyro

Spyro is a fellow Skylander and ally to Stealth Elf, being in good terms with one another on most occasions.

As shown in Skylanders: Imaginators, Stealth Elf likes to mess with Spyro from time to time, including using her decoy to pull tricks and fake-outs on him. She does, however, find his jokes to be relatively unfunny, sometimes even odd.

King Pen

Stealth Elf treats the Brawler Sensei with her utmost respect, as shown in the opening cinematic of Skylanders: Imaginators where she refers to him as “master” and bows in recognition.

Detailed Upgraded Path Descriptions

G'day everyone. Clok-Roo reporting - again... on Stealth Elf - again.

As you may have noticed, I have been adding more detailed descriptions of Skylander upgrade paths to teh Gameplay sections of certain Skylanders. Unfortunately, because I cannot access ALL Skylanders, there are some that I cannot edit... and Stealth Elf is one of them. Which is a pity, because I have learned to master this awesome Skylander!

So, below are the descriptions I have typed up about the Pook Blade Saint and Forest Ninja upgrade paths.

The Pook Blade Saint upgrade path improves Stealth Elf’s direct combat skills. This path includes 2 new attacks – Poison Spores and Blade Fury as well as maximising the damage dealt by her blades. The final upgrade is the Shadowsbane Blade Dance which grants Stealth Elf magical blades that fight alongside her, increasing her attack range as well as doing chip damage. This upgrade path is combat oriented and best suited to an aggressive play style and the Knife Blender Wow Pow on Series 2 Stealth Elf.

The Forest Ninja upgrade path improves Stealth Elf’s decoy ability. This path can increase the number of scarecrow decoys left behind, as well as rigging them to deal damage to enemies by exploding or by spinning blades at the end of their arms. This upgrade path is support oriented and best suited to a sneakier play style and the Surprise, Tiger! Wow Pow on Ninja Stealth Elf.

Portrait of the Young Stealth Elf as a Superhero

If anyone has gotten the Enchanted Elven Forest Adventure Pack and play that new level yet, did anyone catch a glimpse of the portrait showing the young Stealth Elf dressed as a superhero? If so, any chance of getting that on Selfie without anyone or anything blocking in the way and upload it? In the Enchanted Elven Forest, it is in a room with a male elf named Torgo and lots of crates that he wants the Skylanders to destroy. The screenshot I found isn't as good and is too small. So if anyone finds a much larger version with higher quality, that would be awesome.
