General location in Skylands
Is it possible that the Cloud Kingdom is part of the Skyhighlands? Considering all the talk about how it's very high up compared to most islands and the 'underlander' adjective used for the characters, it might be,but considering it's easily reached without a rocket I can't be so sure.
