I didn't lose my temper there. Flippinawesome was responsible for the 'eagle' species thing on Jet-Vac's page, then you added it back in when TechSkylander corrected it. If you are not interested in backstories, then please don't mess with the species template, because the species may be revealed in the Skylanders backstories that you likely never read. -- Aura24 (talk) 20:09, August 12, 2013 (UTC)

Miss Aura24, I am here to say that I do not think that the returning Skylanders for Swap Force (the ones with the nicknames) should not have they're own pages. In a sense, they are not like the alter ego characters. They are the exact same Skylanders as they're series 1/series 2 counterparts. So wouldn't it make more sense to just include them in the same infobox on a character's page, just like the example with Trigger Happy on my right? AdamGregory03 (talk)

Stubs

Parent Filter

Hi, Aura24!

I wanted to swing by and let you know of a new feature we've recently released for interested sites. It's called the Parent Filter and can be accessed through adding /wiki/MediaWiki:ParentFilter to the end of the site's url.

The purpose is two-fold: 1) to provide information to parents about the site's subject from people who are actually very familiar with the content and 2) to eventually provide a home or hub for all such pages parents can visit.

Here's a great example of the feature put to use.

I don't know which part of the page you mean. The attacks posted in the characterbox are supposed to be ordered like that, like all the other Skylanders. And I can't position the box in the Abilities section to be right under the upgrades. -- Aura24 (talk) 08:52, September 21, 2013 (UTC)

Perhaps it would appear to readers that Raging Boar does not seem in any sense like an ability, but instead like an upgrade, and that perhaps there should be a Summon Wolf ability in its place, especially when the Wild Wolf path suggests that such an ability would already have been unlocked. Yeah.

Also, being an owner of the Wii, but not the Xbox, would it be safe to assume that (Y) refers to Attack 1, (B) to Attack 2, and (Y) to Attack 3? --Archrith (talk) 22:34, September 21, 2013 (UTC)

'Kay then.

   Finally had a chance to look at that video you linked me in the previous section.  Looks to me like both Piggyback Ride and Raging Boar must be purchased as upgrades.  Indeed, it is my current assumption that Zoo Lou's Primary and Secondary Abilities are a melee attack and the summoning of the Wolf respectively.

   In fact, on review, you appear to have listed the first two basic upgrades of every Skylander or Swap Force half as Basic Abilities.  This calls for some serious correction.  --Archrith (talk) 19:50, September 23, 2013 (UTC)

Categoryish nav Thingies

Ninja Stealth Elf, Lava Barf Eruptor, and all those other Series 3's, well, they haven't been added to the nav things at the bottom of pages yet, none of them, nosirree. They're also locked, of course.

Punk Shock And Rip Tide's Bio Reveal!

Amongst his repertoire were Swordfish Fencing, Hammerhead Heaving, and even the rare Blubber Whale Wallop - which he had used on numerous occasions in the legendary Rumble in the Reef. His unrivaled skill as a swordsman soon drew the attention of Master Eon. But when Kaos learned of this, he sent forth a legion of Squidface Brutes to stop Rip Tide before he could join the Skylanders... and everyone knows how that turned out, except for the Squidface Brutes, who after being knocked senseless can't remember a thing.
