The Storm Sequencer is a sunken piece of technology of the Storm Giants. After the Skylanders came to stop Lord Stratosfear, he overwound the Storm Sequencer to activate the Electric Dynamos. Phase 2

After the Hydrolancers have been defeated, the Storm Sequencers shields go down. The Storm Sequencer continues to create large waves and shooting lightningbolts at the Skylander, while spinning its arms.
