The Hydra Hatchling is a boss that appeared in Skylanders: SuperChargers. Much bigger than regular hatchlings and altered by the magic it ate, it resided in the Liquification Chamber of the Sky Eater. The Skylanders had to hunt down the massive beast in their Sea vehicle to prevent it from consuming more of the magic the Sky Eater had devoured.

- The Hydra Hatchling has a lure protruding from its head resembling a treasure chest.
- The Hydra Hatchling returns in the Daily Dark Challenge in the same game.
- One of its roars is from the 1998 incarnation of Godzilla from the 1998 film Godzilla.
